Cancer Research Group
Welcome!
We study multi-perspective of cancer development, progression, diagnosis and treatment. Our Cancer Research Laboratory is located at the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Tokat Gaziosmanpasa University (TOGU).
Our Research
Elucidating molecular mechanisms of chemotherapy resistance and DNA repair in ovarian cancer.
Using bioinformatic tools to understand genomic factors that drive tumor progression.
Manipulating gene expressions to enhance the efficacy of chemotherapeutic agents and contribute to cancer treatment modalities.
Molecular changes in the components of pyroptotic cell death pathways.
Lab News & Announcements
